help and advice someone please!!!
Biggest factor here is what your body is telling you. If you feel absolutely miserable then you need to change something. But also remember if you are changeing the way you have eaten for years it will take time for your body to adjust. I am also doing the low-cal , low-carb. Just remember to eat your heavy carbs in the morning. Breakfest should always be your biggest meal. Your body can break down these food throughout the day better. Take a peak at the glycemic index. This talks about good carbs vs bad carbs and fats. Some fats like in dressings help with the cravings for carbs. But do your research first.
