I changed my RDI from 1750 to 1600 calories. I'm hoping that that adjustment will hopefully limit the times that I go OVER my RDI.

So I'm down 5lbs, but I don't see a difference in my body. However, that 5lbs wasn't that difficult. I watch what I eat and try to eat cleanly. If I don't eat cleanly, I try to exercise more to make up for it.
Next goal: 150 by May 7th
145 by May 21st
140 by June 4th
135 by June 23rd- TRIATHLON DAY!
