Temptation of sugar is like hell. uncontrollable to a major extent. Avoiding the most harmful items like soft drinks, coffee, cookies etc. Natural sugars like the sugar from fruits are unavoidable and is not harmful (goes in a very mild dosages).

Lot of veggies and fruits. Been out of Meat (lamb basically) for past 4 weeks.

Challenges ahead

Reduce the carbohydrates intake - unable to control that since even fruits have some amount of carbohydrates.
Increase Protein intake - currently at 7-8% a day where as the target is about 20%
Start walking for 30 minutes slow walk (3kms/hour) regularly - currently status is once in a while (2-3 days a week for 15 min)
Start staircase climbing - at office there are about 159 stairs (5 floors) present to reach the cafeteria/ food court. another 132 stairs there from food court to my work location (4 floor). climb up and climb down twice a day (15-20 min). that would burn some amount for sure.

Reduced 2.5 kgs in a month without doing any exercise and major burnout.
