dosa madr of wheat flour. no oil no any addition. just mix wheat flour in water and make it as a watery dough and just pour in hot pan.

after a high protein high fat low carb diet, giving leave for my stomach by fast full 24 hours (actually about 36 hours).
From tomorrow It is going to be High Carb, low fat low protein diet to balance
Again 6 day challenge

Day 6 of 6 day high fat high protein low carb challenge.
Yes I missed to maintain the sub 20g carb intake due to my full body checkup. But then afternoon and Night i had reduced the carb intake. Morning it shot up because of the idli (rice cake) and a cake.
I am perfectly fine and my reduction of weight is good.
It was pretty fun
One thing yesterday i saw in the report was, due to high protein intake in last one week, Uric acid was high (that's what they told me)

Day 5 of 6 day challenge
6 almond in the morning as breakfast
3 eggs + a 20g cheese slice as lunch
fresh lime juice as a snack
8PM 4 omelette as dinner +some walnuts
350 stairs climbing and down
3.5 ltrs of water
No pushups and squats.

Gone is my diet today.
80 g of carb just this morning due to Full body medical examination.
need to control it at afternoon and night. more cheese and egg for both times no other things
