Another 12.2 Kms covered by walking.
Total time taken is 2 hours 20 minutes.
Looks like i am running and there is no entry in fatsecrets at that speed for walking.
Total of about 1000kcal was burnt in walking. I am sure it is more.
Tomorrow is the fasting day (only water)
and from sunday again on low carb high fat and moderate protein diet.

Today due to the delay in getting out of bed, unfortunately no breakfast.
Lunch, 2 very small roti and some 50g of potato masala.
dinner 1 wheat dosa.
Today my exercise was just walking for 8 kms which i completed in 1 hour 25 minutes.
Fat secrets says 4km/hour is brisk walking but i believe i walked at the speed of 5-6kms and hour. that means i burnt more calories than what it actually says.
Hmm. tomorrow again will continue another 8.
Yesterday I climbed total of 1706 stair cases (climb up and climb down). Pushing myself harder to make the body to burn more

Looks like increased a KG. possibly the carbs are getting stored. Need to get strict. For sure will come down.

Today i was made more happy than my normal days. Three people enquired me, did I loose any weight. My body structure does seem changed. One person said, she was not able to recognize me (i was wearing my helmet when she met me).
So my 5 Kgs down is really showing up in my body too. Time to push harder to speed up the burn.
