i realized that when your weight is on normal stage, usually it slows down. its been 4 days since i weight and same numbers always i saw,yet i didnt eat much calories even i eat those calories i usually pushing hard on my workouts. my goal weight for this week is to lose 3 lbs,i didnt achieve coz i believe also that i've been bad chosing my food to eat though im counting calories still their not consider healthy. im juast hoping before i finished my workout program this january i need to see those number i really want to see on my scale.

sometimes checking youre weight in the morning and the result is you gained a lbs from yesterday,is so frustrating.. an unacceptable!

again my fear for this coming weekend and christmas day. but ill try not to each much as long i reaching my goal weight nicely and surely.

im surprised i still lose some weight though i binged last saturday,
so here is another day week journey hope we can do it all together!

i binged last night! i ate thousand of calories last night,maybe because im tired for the whole day cooking to bring for our christmas party plus theres a baby you have to take care of, lack of sleep.
i cant help myself not to try everything served on the table.. well not really all, but you know sometimes it feels good that you find yourself treating atleast once in a month or once in two weeks..
today i'm back on my track, exercise, watch calories intake, drink lots of water and dont weight myself until tom. so i dont feel guilt on myself and be ready again for my challenges.
