i binged last night! i ate thousand of calories last night,maybe because im tired for the whole day cooking to bring for our christmas party plus theres a baby you have to take care of, lack of sleep. i cant help myself not to try everything served on the table.. well not really all, but you know sometimes it feels good that you find yourself treating atleast once in a month or once in two weeks.. today i'm back on my track, exercise, watch calories intake, drink lots of water and dont weight myself until tom. so i dont feel guilt on myself and be ready again for my challenges.
