sometimes checking youre weight in the morning and the result is you gained a lbs from yesterday,is so frustrating.. an unacceptable!

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight gain. Your body is made up of 60% water so the scale can fluctuate all day long because of many reasons (sodium, exercise, medications, too much sleep, lack of sleep, stress, etc). You can be up one pound one day and down 3 the next. It's normal.
