again my fear for this coming weekend and christmas day. but ill try not to each much as long i reaching my goal weight nicely and surely.
hoping to lose more 3 lb
s till this week.
123.4 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
