Hi! I'm Adrianna. I live in Edmonton, Canada. My mom is overweight but I have always been the heavier one. I would love to change that. I am currently on the Atkins diet and have been since January 6. I ended up finding this site after I was searching for different recipes that I could make since I am getting sick of just meat and spices. Any encouragement or tips are more than appreciated.

Work Out Music / Introduction
Hi Everyone!

So I am standing at day 6 on my weight loss journey and I have been starting to work out at one of the local rec centres with a friend. As we both have very busy lives, there are some days that we aren't able to work out together, so I wanted to put some good workout music on my iPod for the times that we aren't able to workout and yap. Does anyone have any suggestions? Right now I mainly have Christian music - okay it is practically all Christian music, so anyone with any suggestions - perticularly (?) Christian music would be great!

Also I'm looking to get some more buddies so if anyone want to be my friend, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Everyone!

2. walk into a clothing store and know that there is something that I can wear.
3. be able to play sports
4. sit in any chair and not have it push into my sides
5. to not have my weight a part of my idenity.
