controlling the off day
Well I think you have to do what works for you, but when I think about the times in my life when I've had the most success, there weren't "off days" and I wasn't on a "diet," I just had an eating plan/strategy that made sense for me that I followed all the time.

If you don't do something every day, how do you know you're not just "starting to quit?"

Not saying what's best for you, just saying what's worked for me.
