New to this site - would like to drop about 20 lbs so that i feel better. My problem is that i love beer on the weekends so need to watch my portion controls through the week so that the beer doesn't keep packing on the pounds.. I have always enjoyed drinking beer but now that I'm older, it's a little harder to keep the pounds off.
