performance: losing 1.0 lb a week
I have been dieting for awhile now. I started off at 220, and got myself down to 166 for my wedding. Coming back from the honeymoon, which I decided to eat whatever I wanted (you only get one right). I went back up to 175, now I have been loosing and gaining the same 5 pounds between 170 and 175. I am taking it 5 pounds at a time and hope to get down to 150.
I have a bad injury which can put me on hiatus somtimes when it comes to working out. I love to work out when I can, I see that is what helps me the most with my weight loss. If I am working out, I notice I also eat better. During these periods it is hard for me to work out, and I tend not to loose weight.
Right now (7/31/08): In the months of end of May, June, and July, I have been in alot of pain (its hard for me to get thorugh a day at work), and hoping to get some relief soon. I am happy that I have not gained any signficant weight, but would like to maintian on a weight loss. I need to work on my focus on eating when I can not work out as much. Hopefully I will be back in the gym before I know it.
