I'm in High School at the moment and I'm trying to eat clean/be healthy throughout the next 2 years of my life (IB) in order to prepare myself for the future (Uni-NO FRESHMAN 15!)
I play volleyball, basketball and softball throughout the year and I'm also thinking about picking up Track as I love running.
I'm pretty much a normal teenager except I get the freedom to cook for myself all the time, so I love finding unique and healthy recipes, perusing the aisles in the grocery shops and discovering new "healthy" shops.
I don't see this website as really a means to lose weight (Though I wouldn't mind shedding 5-10 pounds) but it's a journal for me to keep all my fitness thoughts and keep track of what I eat.
Believer of clean eating + exercise, not of dieting and restriction. Eat that goddamn cupcake.
