Eiweißbrot

Brot aus Magerquark und Haferkleie.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Magerquark, Eier, Haferkleie, Backpulver, Salz und nach Wünsch einen Teil der Sonnenblumenkerne in einer Rührschüssel mischen.
  2. Den Teig in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Kastenform geben und nach Wünsch mit den restlichen Sonnenblumenkernen bestreuen.
  3. Im vorgeheizten Backofen bei 150 Grad ca. 50 Minuten backen.
  4. Zwischendurch mit einem Stab kontrollieren, ob das Brot innen fest ist.

Ich füge noch 200 Gramm geraspelte Möhre hinzu und Brotgewürz aus Kümmel, Fenchel und Anis. Den Teig kann man gut im Thermomix herstellen!
