Directions
- Zwiebeln kleinschneiden und mit Knoblauch im Olivenöl anbraten.
- Möhren putzen und in grobe Stücke schneiden. Rote Beete in ca 5 mm Scheiben schneiden und dazu geben. Würzen mit Salz, Pfeffer, Kreuzkümmel, Koriander...oder je nach Geschmack. Man kann auch je nach Geschmack ein paar Pilze reinmachen.
- Alles etwa 30 Minuten bei geschlossenem Deckel dünsten.
