Cake du Maghreb

Ce cake n'est pas light mais plein de bonnes choses.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Préchauffer le four à 180°. Dans un plat mettre le miel + huile. Bien mélanger. Ajouter les 2 oeufs, battre. Réservez.
  2. Dans un autre plate mettre les 90 g de poudre d'amandes et les 90g de noisettes et le levure chimique.
  3. Mélanger la poudre obtenue au mélange miel/oeuf/huile.
  4. Couper la banane en rondelles, les dattes et abricots en fines lamelles, mélanger.
  5. Mettre au four 25 min à 180° (selon les fours). Mettre une lame de couteau voir si c'est cuit. Sortir et laisser refroidir.
