Groenten Omelet

Een goed gevulde omelet met groenten en Milner koe & geit.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Snipper de ui en knoflook en fruit deze zachtjes aan in de olie. Voeg dan de fijngesneden paprika toe en laat stoven tot de groenten zacht zijn. Voeg de gekookte broccoli roosjes toe.
  2. Kluts de eieren in een kom en breng op smaak met peper en zout. Scheur de kaas in stukjes en leg deze op het groenten mengsel. Giet de eieren er over heen en dek de pan af met een deksel tot het ei stolt.
  3. Evt omkeren en de andere kant bakken of met pan en al even onder de grill. Een handvat aan de pan kun je omwikkelen met aluminium folie om het te beschermen.
