  1. Отварную грудку порвать на волокна.
  2. Огурец порезать соломкой.
  3. Добавить тертый сыр, заправить соевым соусом и лимонным соком.
  4. Дать постоять 5-10 минут.

Отличный салат, только я уменьшила калорийность и жиры за счёт 5% сыра. Много белка, мало жиров, мало калорий и достаточно углеводов. Спасибо за рецепт!
