Apfel Zimt Muffins

Fruchtige Zimt Muffins.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Eier Trennen und das Eigelb mit dem Zucker verquirlen.
  2. Äpfel schälen, entkernen und grob hobeln. Alternativ in kleine Stifte schneiden.
  3. Äpfel mit dem Zucker/Ei Gemisch verrühren.
  4. Mehl, Backpulver, Mandeln und Zimt vermischen und mit dem Rest verrühren.
  5. Das Eiklar steif schlagen und vorsichtig unterheben.
  6. Das ganze in Muffinformen füllen, es empfiehlt sich ein Muffinblech. Papierförmchen alleine könnten sie instabil sein, da das ganze sehr flüssig ist.
  7. Für 20 Minuten bei 160°C backen.
