Ingredients
Directions
- Eier Trennen und das Eigelb mit dem Zucker verquirlen.
- Äpfel schälen, entkernen und grob hobeln. Alternativ in kleine Stifte schneiden.
- Äpfel mit dem Zucker/Ei Gemisch verrühren.
- Mehl, Backpulver, Mandeln und Zimt vermischen und mit dem Rest verrühren.
- Das Eiklar steif schlagen und vorsichtig unterheben.
- Das ganze in Muffinformen füllen, es empfiehlt sich ein Muffinblech. Papierförmchen alleine könnten sie instabil sein, da das ganze sehr flüssig ist.
- Für 20 Minuten bei 160°C backen.
