Polpettine di Pesce

Polpettine di pesce (fritte o al forno); potete utilizzare il pesce che preferite.

  1. Tritate il pane bianco (o mollica di pane o pane secco ammollato nell'acqua o nel latte)nel mixer, mettetelo in una ciotola e poi tritate anche il pesce. (Se è pesce fresco prima levate le lische).
  2. Mettete nella ciotola anche il pesce, il prezzemolo (e qualsiasi altra spezia o erba aromatica vogliate), l'aglio (tritato o schiacciato), il sale e il pepe, il formaggio grattugiato e l'uovo. Mescolate bene per amalgamare.
  3. Formare delle piccole palline con le mani e infarinatele. Potete cuocerle in olio di semi bollente per tre minuti oppure, se siete a dieta, potete cuocerle in forno per 20/40 minuti a 180/200 gradi.
