Frango Salteado

Frango salteado com cebola, pimentão vermelho e alhos.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Picar o frango aos cubos pequenos, temperar com o sal e pimenta, e reservar.
  2. Numa frigideira grande, colocar o azeite e aquecer. Cortar as cebolas em media luas grandes, o pimentão vermelho em quadros grandes e os alhos pela metade. A seguir pôr tudo na frigideira a alourar. Quando as cebolas estiverem a ficar transparentes, abrir espaço para o frango na metade da frigideira.
  3. Virar o frango, quando estiver dourado misturar tudo deitar o caril e a agua, baixar o fogo, tapar e deixar cozer uns 10 min.
