Рыба в Mолоке

Очень нежная и вкусная рыбка. Рыбу брать лучше белую.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Размораживаем рыбу. Потом тщательно промойте ее.
  2. В молоко добавляем соевый соус.
  3. Форму для выпекания застилаем фольгой, выкладываем туда рыбку, заливаем молоком. Фольгу не заворачиваем! Рыбка должна остаться открытой.
  4. Посыпаем мелко нарезанной зеленью.
  5. Отправляем в заранее разогретую духовку. Выпекать около 30 минут при температуре 180 градусов до готовности.
