Очень нежная и вкусная рыбка. Рыбу брать лучше белую.

Directions
- Размораживаем рыбу. Потом тщательно промойте ее.
- В молоко добавляем соевый соус.
- Форму для выпекания застилаем фольгой, выкладываем туда рыбку, заливаем молоком. Фольгу не заворачиваем! Рыбка должна остаться открытой.
- Посыпаем мелко нарезанной зеленью.
- Отправляем в заранее разогретую духовку. Выпекать около 30 минут при температуре 180 градусов до готовности.
