Batido de frutillas ideal para personas que deseen acelerar el metabolismo y comenzar el día con un rico desayuno. Es bajo en calorías y muy sano, además satisface bastante.

  1. Lavar las frutillas.
  2. Poner todos los ingredientes en una licuadora o licuar con minipimer, batiendo durante 30-40 segundos.
  3. Servir.
