Tzatziki

Deze vetvrije Tzatziki past perfect bij bijvoorbeeld gegrild vlees of (pita-)brood.

  1. Rasp de komkommer met een grove rasp en meng dit met 1 theelepel zout. Laat dit 15 minuten staan.
  2. Pers ondertussen de knoflook en meng door de yoghurt. voeg hierbij een snufje peper en een snufje cayennepeper (of chilipeper).
  3. Knijp de komkommer rasp goed uit, zodat het zoute water wegloopt. Roer de uitgeknepen rasp door de yoghurt. Hoe langer je het gerecht laat intrekken, hoe lekkerder het wordt.
  4. Ook lekker om te besprenkelen met olijfolie.
