Mit basischem Gemüse kann portionsweise aufgewärmt werden.
Ingredients
Directions
- Kartoffeln, Karotten, Kohlrabi, Broccoli, schälen und in kleine Würfel schneiden. Bei belieben noch eine kleine Zwiebel (oder eine kleine Sellerieknolle anstelle von der Kohlrabi.)
- Kartoffeln, Karotten und Kohlrabi mit 2 Liter Wasser aufkochen und dann mit Gemüsebouillon bis zum gewünschten Geschmack würzen. Brokkoli separat kochen da kürzere gar Zeit. Alles Knapp gar kochen und den abgetropften Brokkoli zur restlichen Suppe geben.
- Bei belieben 1/4 oder die 1/2 mit dem Pürierstab etwas zerkleinern. Am Schluss noch etwas Pfeffer u Schnittlauch dazu geben.
- Die Suppe kann mehrere Tage im Kühlschrank aufbewahrt werden, immer nur soviel aufwärmen wie gegessen wird. So bleibt das Gemüse immer knackig und frisch.
