Saudável, boa para comer no friozinho e deliciosa.

  1. Frite a carne moída no azeite, adicione a polpa de tomate, o alho socado, a cebola picada, o caldo de carne e um litro de água.
  2. adicione os legumes picados e deixe cozinhar até que fiquem bem macios.
  3. Sirva morna.

eu acho que as calorias dessa sopa estão erradas, como pode uma porçao ter tantas calorias, e sódio então!!!
