Hachee

Runderstoofschotel met uien.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Snijd het vlees in blokken kan ca. 2 X 2 cm. Snijd de uien in halve ringen.
  2. Braad het rundvlees mooi bruin aan in de margarine. Voeg de uien toe en laat even mee bakken. Voeg de bouillon toe en breng aan de kook.
  3. Laat op een laag vuurtje 2,5 uur zachtjes door pruttelen tot het vlees uit elkaar valt. Voeg de azijn toe. Breng op smaak met peper en zout.
