- Colocar as 5 colheres de sopa de Flocos de Aveia (60g) numa taça de ir ao micro-ondas alta para não extravasar pois a aveia cresce. cobrir ligeiramente com água. Ajustar 2 minutos no micro-ondas e cozer a aveia.
- Descascar a banana e as nozes. Colocar a banana num prato de sopa e esmigalhar com um garfo.
- Colocar o mel sobre a banana.
- A aveia deve estar pronta. Colocar no prato e misturar bem. Esmigalhar as nozes sobre a mistura e mexer bem.
- Cobrir com canela moída. Acompanhar com o Iogurte liquido Magro. Ou misturá-lo no prato. Bom apetite.
