Directions

  1. Coloque a água pra ferver.
  2. Quando ferver adicione a aveia e mexa até encorpar.
  3. Adicione o adoçante.
  4. Abaixe o fogo e adicione as claras mexa vigorosamente até engrossar.
  5. Desligue o fogo adicione a proteína e mexa vigorosamente.
  6. Corte a banana em rodelas.
  7. Coloque numa tigela bonita coloque às rodelas de banana sobre o mingau e salpique a canela.
  8. Pode usar proteína de qualquer sabor e outras frutas.

acho que a quantidade de proteina possa está errada, tem whey que 40g fornece 25g de proteina, ele colocou 80g e mais 3 claras de ovos, como pode ter dado apenas 40g de proteina nessa receita.
