Kartoffelsalat

Sommerlich frisch Salat.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Kartoffeln kochen, erkalten lassen, je nach Größe halbieren oder vierteln und in Scheiben schneiden. Gurke vierteln und in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Radieschen und Frühlingszwiebeln ebenfalls in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Rucola in feine Streifen schneiden.
  2. Aus Mayo, Milch und Gewürzen Salatsoße machen, über die Scheiben geben und vorsichtig mischen. Lecker ist auch ein Schluck "Brühe" aus einem Essiggurkenglas.

Sehr lecker, lediglich die Radieschen sind ungeeignet, wenn man zum Salsatanzen gehen will🤣
