Batido de Avena

Rico y saludable batido de avena con manzana y miel.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Limpias tu manzana y la cortas en dos partes. Agregas todos tus ingredientes a la licuadora.
  2. Licuas los ingredientes hasta la consistencia que deseas de estos. Y sirve en una copa o en un vaso de tu agrado.
  3. Listo. Esto es todo. Si deseas puedes sustituir la miel por granola. He de mencionarte que una cucharada de granola tiene más calorías que la miel.

Supongo que lo que yo tomo es agua de avena, porque mezclo 50 gr de avena con agua, luego de licuarla añado en mi botella de 2L, ya saben oara irla tomando todo el dia,,

Hola Bereniceosnaya a mi me funciona de maravilla pero yo no lo tomo con leche. sino con agua y a veces cambio la manzana por platano :D... Y voy muy bien

Yo lo hago con leche sin miel ni azúcar, sabe muy rico pero he leído que es bueno para ir al baño pero a mi no me funciona. :(
