The yo-yo continues, but I'm not as worried about it as I was a couple of days ago. Although my scales keep yo-yoing my clothes are getting noticeably to big! Today I'm in a work outfit that a week or two ago looked nice and complimentary. Today, I look like I'm slumming it!
