The yo-yo continues, but I'm not as worried about it as I was a couple of days ago. Although my scales keep yo-yoing my clothes are getting noticeably to big!
Today I'm in a work outfit that a week or two ago looked nice and complimentary. Today, I look like I'm slumming it!
277.0 lb Lost so far: 21.0 lb.    Still to go: 137.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The best non-scale victories are when your closthes fit bigger and you start looking for the next smaller size clothes
