so much bread! after today, no more buying delicious bread
146.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 21.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's just so good!! It's my fault for buying so much though :) at least I know how to stop this particular one, haha

Lots of really GOOD bread recipes using nut flours. Find one you like and make it once a week. Slice into serving sizes after baking and freeze half so you are not tempted to pig out on it. Having one piece of bread can help keep things on track just needs to be grain free and low carb.

I love bread too. Any form or fashion, just carbs in general. We have leftover dinner rolls at my house from Easter and they've been calling my name.
