This past weekend, I ran on Sunday, and took Saturday off. I also ran this morning.
SUNDAY:
Distance: 3.53 Time: 42 minutes Calories:395 Incline: 0 Speed: 7 & 3.4
MONDAY:
Distance: 4.07 Time: 44 minutes Calories: 477 Incline: 0 Speed: 7 & 3.4 for the first 20 minutes, then 7.2 & 3.4
I also worked out my calves this morning. In the evening, I'm working my back and abs.
