Been good on my diet and am with my parents. They are older so they do not eat as much as I would usually eat, but I still have to make sure they do get enough food. I have lost some more weight and I think the thing that I am doing the most is to quit eating so much plus am walking alot and that is good for me.
196.8 lb Lost so far: 36.2 lb.    Still to go: 46.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
