It's off, it's on and it's off again!
With 15 days until my big 50th adventure!
153.9 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 3.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

You're getting me all excited 😂🤣! I hope there will be lots of photos from your trip. 15 days to lose 1.5kg is doable if you're super strict with yourself. All the best!

To be honest Phooka I'm more than happy being anywhere around 11 stone (I'm 1lb under atm) If I don't lose any more I won't be brokenhearted. I know from the past that maintaining anything under is virtually impossible for me especially when leading a normal life and not watching everything that passes my lips.
