Hi everyone, I hope you're all keeping well and still losing?
It's been a while since I last posted but I'm back from my travels to Borneo and Indonesia.
A diet is impossible to follow whilst travelling/backpacking but I did refrain from deep fried food.
I happy to say I didn't put on any weight at all!!! I'm not sure how but I'm delighted.
I've been back just over a week and haven't been following since my return, it's all very strange.
Monday I shall get back on plan and see if I can lose a few more lbs.
Have a great BH weekend everyone.
