Eaten more than usual, drunk more than usual and no exercise due to small medical procedure.
Really looking forward to getting back on it tomorrow and back to the gym.
154.5 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
