Been walking 7 days a week, sometimes over an hour. I have no results, getting very annoyed. Following calorie intake, though yesterday went over by small margin and had more fat than usual. I keep telling myself (and others) it is coming off, just slowly, but jeez, after 3-4 weeks of nothing, granted, no gain, but come on, I want a loss, even just a pound!! Today is day 7 after TOM, I'm gonna weigh tomorrow and Wednesday just to see, normally I wait until weigh in day. Walked: 30 min., 3945 steps.

Check and see how your clothes are fitting. Sometimes we see the results with fat loss/inches before the scale moves. Once your muscles get used to the exercise you should see some scale results. Good luck@

That must be so hard knowing you are doing all the right things and then some and have no results on the scales. But I see you 3x a week and I CAN tell that you are losing inches! Your jeans are getting really lose at your back side. Hang in there and keep taking your measurements.

I hate that, and was going through about a month of it, but finally kicked up the intensity of my workouts, and I've finnally started loosing a few. And also, u can use a fat caliper, u can order them online for a few bucks, I may have only lost 6 lb, but went from 21 percent bodyfat to 17. If u can see the changes but not weigh them, that's the whole point, right?
