Having to be on soft foods is helping my weight loss come easier. Is 1200 calories ok? I have been fine with it, having plenty of energy. My jaw still hurts. I'm calling my dentist today; not sure if I should go back to more solid food this weekend. I do miss salads, and sandwiches with lots of veggies. Tonight I'm making Crustless Spinach Pie; should be yummy.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you are losing great on 1200 a day then keep going.

My RDI is 1900, but it's been easy to stay between 1100 & 1700 these last few days; I do love the weight coming off!
