219.8.... 46 cigs ... crappy day , up all nite went to bed at 6 in the morning, and power was out from 4:30 - 9 in the morning AND ran out of cigs ... now that has the making of a good country song ... smile
219.8 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 69.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
