Lost 5 lbs. in first 8 days. I'm really happy with that, but I'm a realist and know this pace probably won't last long & I'd be happy with 3 lbs. this next week.

Been following the diet about 98% & exercised 3 days last week.
Breakfast = 2 stalks of celery, one with fat free cream cheese, the other with reduced fat peanut butter (also have that at night for a snack...the peanut butter acts as a good appetite suppressant).
I also make an eggbeater omelet w/ham & fat free shredded cheddar cheese for a morning snack (@ 10 am)
Lunch = Grilled chicken breast Caesar salad, fat free cottage cheese & light string cheese for afternoon snack & Fish and Vegetable kabobs for dinner (tonight). I’ve also been munching on the 30 allotted pistachios nuts through-out the day.
195.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week

hey rick this sounds like a good plan. I have been on this once before and it worked well for me. i will do this to help lose more weight. stay on the phase 1 for the two weeks and then go to the stage 2 and do that for a few weeks and then back to the stage 1 for two weeks. great to help loose 3 to 5 more pounds. It works for me. good luck!
