It's only been 5 days, but I wanted Friday to be my weigh-in day. I've been following the diet almost 100% (I had some soup that might not have qualified for Phase 1 & I may have indulged in the pastashios a little too much), but I've lost 4 pounds. I'm happy with that, but a litteworried about the approaching weekend.
