I am 38 and for the past 8 years I have found it hard to keep the weight off.Two years ago I lost the weight (20lbs.)This is the diet I done then but when I felt good about myself I stopped. Then I looked in the mirrow and what did I see looking back at me but a fat woman. I have put on 30 lbs. (HOW SAD)I know how this happen. I have no one else to blam but myself. I stopped eating the good foods and fell back into the trape of junkfood. This is the only diet that works and I really should not even call it a diet it is the true way we should have been taught to eat form childhood. Then we would all be slim and not fat america. I have two kids of my own and I will try my best to teach them to eat healthy. It will be tough now that they go to school and have others to influecne them. My husband is slim and he eats healthy so that is the key to a slim body.
