Thats it. Finito. Reached my goal of 65 kg. Its taken 10 months and lots of hard work. Overall lost 37.7 kg. Down from size 20 to size 8 to 10. No exercise yet due to recovering from an operation. I'll take a few days to relax, given I know what I can and cannot eat, and know appropriate portion sizes now. I'll see how the weight fluctuates, if it does. Then I'll work out a maintenance plan. In the meantime, for the rest of you, onwards and downwards and thank you for all your support. ❤
143.3 lb Lost so far: 67.7 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow that's awesome can you give me some hints. I have had surgery and can't exercise yet walking sometimes is very painfull. So i just count calories and just started on this site. Congratulations again.

Firstly. Well done. Fantastic. Maybe u can help me. I am just new counting carbs. The carbs listed in the food on this app Does anyone know if they are net carbs or do I have to subtract fiber.

That really is an amazing achievement, congratulations. I got a Fitbit and have just started to do steps again. Aim for the 10,000 steps (can be a challenge). Set small goals.

Thanks guys. I'll post again. At present not weighing. No scales where I am. Having a break. Will look at a maintenance program test it out and then repost.
