Single mother with two grown children, been a yo-yo dieter my whole life. Peaked my weight at 139 kilo in November 2016! Was introduced to LCHF in July 2017, and started a lifestyle change 27/7/2017. Switched to a more traditional form of keto in Feb 2018, practice IF daily 20-24 hours depending on my work shift. Also try to incorporate a longer fast every couple of months.
