Perks- I was thinking about you today when I was buying hot sauce- remembering how you said hot sauce can trigger cravings etc for you. But they are all prepared so differently. I wanted to pass along that while Sriracha often has table sugar as the 2nd ingredient, 😳I use Tapatio "piquante" brand hot sauce which only uses vegetables, spices & vinegar. 👍. I don't know if that helps, but I thought I'd pass it along. Cheers!

Blue: Very interesting, the sugar may be what stimulates the hunger response. I will try a no sugar brand and who would have thought that sugar was in hot sauce. Ketchup is another one one but I use so little that Ill accept the 2-3 carbs of sugar.

There is a one carb ketchup out there- I don't usually use sucralose but I like a little ketchup a few times a month so I make an exception- "Heinz reduced sugar" it actually has no added sugar at all. 😊
