Down and up over the weekend. Didn't get enough calories yesterday.
186.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 11.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1307 kcal Fat: 86.53g | Prot: 87.60g | Carb: 35.29g.   Breakfast: bob evans sausage, shredded colby jack, baby spinach, olive oil, 1/2 cup southwestern egg beaters . Lunch: deli sliced chicken, red bell pepper, feta cheese, olive oil, baby spinach, romain lettuce. Dinner: Almond Milk, olive oil, pork chop. Snacks/Other: swiss miss , beef jerky. more...
