Made it through yesterday with a few problems. Carbs were OK, but I had ratio problems with fat and protein. Started today on the right track, so hopefully a little easier keeping things in line.
187.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1997 kcal Fat: 128.68g | Prot: 164.96g | Carb: 29.49g.   Breakfast: cauliflower, colby jack shredded cheese, olive oil, white button mushroom, JUMBO EGG. Lunch: olive oil, feta cheese, caesar dressing, baby spinach, red bell pepper, romain lettuce, white button mushrooms, chicken breast. Dinner: olive oil, jumbo egg, SWISS CHEESE, pace picante salsa, shredded colby jack, Almond Milk, Steamed Broccoli, chicken breast. more...
